The 6:30 General Conditioning Class
The Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 General Conditioning class has lot of history. For over ten years, a dedicated group of nine has been exercising with Complete Physique. Together the group has lost a lot of inches and over a hundred pounds in weight. In 2008, this group brought the same dedication and teamwork that they have for the fitness class to Weight Watchers. In combination with our consistent workouts, they added the same focus to their food intake and the results have been amazing. Due to their changes in caloric intake and caloric input, the role of exercise is dramitcally visible in fat loss. The ladies now know the real way to change body composition, to keep fat off and increase metabolism is to make weight training the primary mode of exercise and monitor food intake.
Fran Randolph - General Conditioning Class
Fran has been a consistent member of the general conditioning class since 2000. She has incorporated weight training and Weight Watchers and lost 40 pound in 2008.
